Still alive. I HATE not having a modem in my computer and I hate even more that I don't have internet at my Mom's! L has let the phone at the house get disconnected and he has not bothered to go to his mom's (who not only has a landline phone, but also has a cell phone with free nights and weekends and free long distance), his dads, his grandparents or even a fucking payphone to call and see how Jesse is!

He does not care.

I, on the other hand, have decided to wait until the spring semester to try and get into college and in the meantime, I suppose, will be doing demos once my grandma quits her job.

You know the folks that you see at places like Sam's Club and Wal-Mart that have samples of some sort of product for you to try? The ones that are kind of spaced out in different areas of the store?

Well, that is what my mom's mom does and she will be quitting her job and giving it to me.

No benefits except that you get to keep what you don't use...(you know those minty finger brushes that Oral B came out with? I have over 100 of those damn things because my grandma demoed them and walked away with that many). I saw her over the weekend and she was demoing Lipton Instant Tea and I got a canister and a box of cold brew plus 5 gallons of water because that was what she walked away with).

I really don't know a lot about it but I'll be starting in September...what I'll do until then, I don't know...

It's not exactly a glamarous job, but it's a job.
