EA
So, I'm trying to get back online with The Sims Online.

I installed it but when I went to log on, I got an error message saying that the patches for the patcher could not be found or some crap.

So, fine. I call their tech support.

First, the rep who answers the phone is this guy that has this really deep voice and he sounds a lot like Eeyore from Winnie The Pooh.

A tone that my dad used to call, "I am so happy I could just shit."

It's that tone that you use when you are somewhere you don't want to be doing something that you don't want to do.

Rep: Thank you for calling EA games, my name is yadda yadda yadda. Can I have your name, please?

Me: Bethany.

Rep: Have you ever called before?

Me: I don't think so.

Rep: I need to register you, then, what is your last name.

Me: (I told him my last name and had to spell it out for him)

Rep: Ok, and your email address?

Me: (I thought he said mailing) P.O. Boxx

Rep: (butting in loudly and rather rudely) EMAIL address...

Me: (I told him)

Rep: Your birthday?

Me: 10/7/78

Rep: Ok, what seems to be your problem...?

I wish I had unloaded on him then and there because the fact that he was so rude just rubbed me the wrong way and set the tone for the whole call.

He was telling me to get rid of all the things that were under my username in the taskmanager when I just hung up on him, he was sounding like he was so superior and I HATE when people do that to me.

I am the customer and I don't have to play this game, I can cancel my subscription any time I want.

I'll take my $10 a month elsewhere.

So, anyway...I had more I was going to talk about, but I got sidetracked by Jesse.

I guess I'll write more later.
